At Mitchell Regional Habitat for Humanity, we believe that everyone deserves a safe, stable, and affordable place to call home. But we can’t do it alone—we need your help. Your financial support is critical in building and repairing homes right here in the Mitchell area. Every dollar you give stays local, directly supporting families in need through our building fund.

How Your Gift Makes a Difference

Your donation—no matter the size—has a direct impact on a family's future.

  • $10 provides light switches—every home needs about 12.
  • $25 supplies a bundle of shingles—we use around 40 per home.
  • $50 buys a faucet—each house needs 2-3.
  • $100 covers light fixtures—about 10 go into every home.
  • $250 funds a window—we install 8-10 per house.
  • $500 purchases gutters—around 100 feet are needed per home.
  • $1,000 provides secure exterior doors—every home gets two.
  • $1,500 helps buy floor joists—we need about 22 per house.
