Mitchell Regional Habitat for Humanity
Your financial support is critical in helping us build and repair homes in the Mitchell area. Donations stay local and are utilized in our building fund to provide homes for families in need. You designate your level of participation through your donation.
Examples of how your donation might be used:
A $10 gift could buy light switches - we need approximately 12 light switches in each house.
A $25 gift could buy a bundle of shingles - we need approximately 40 bundles of shingles for each house.
A $50 gift could buy a faucet - we usually put in 2-3 faucets in each house.
A $100 gift could buy light fixtures - we need approximately 10 light fixtures in each house.
A $250 gift could buy a window - we put 8-10 windows in each house.
A $500 gift could buy gutters - we need about 100' of gutters for each house.
A $1,000 gift could buy exterior doors - we put two secure exterior doors in each house.
A $1,500 gift could buy floor joists - we need approximately 22 floor joists for each house.
